We are a York, PA-based wedding and lifestyle photography team with an eye for detail and a drive to capture all of life's precious moments. Brandi Lester started Oh Snap Photography with the vision of a "one-stop shop" for all of your photography & videography needs.
To fulfill that vision, alongside her co-owner Laurel Nicolson, they have built quite an impressive team for their growing business. With several photographers and editors, Oh Snap Photography has all the equipment and highly trained professionals it needs to take on any event, big or small. Along with the highly trained professionals and equipment, our team is equipped with friendly, helpful, caring, accommodating, outgoing, and comforting personalities to help create the ultimate photographic experience so that you can be comfortable the entire time. All you need to do is show up and we will take care of the rest!

When it comes to style, Oh Snap Photography is where it's at! When Brandi founded this "one-stop shop," she had a tough time pinpointing what she wanted the company's style to be. She couldn't choose between "bright & airy" or " earth-toned & moody" because, to her, it was all so stunning and unique, and that's where her "one-stop shop" vision came into play. As an all-inclusive photography business, Oh Snap Photography can do it all!

Hi, I’m Brandi—a proud wife, mom of two, and the heart behind this photography business. I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love every day, working alongside an amazing team and serving clients who feel more like friends.
When I’m not behind the lens, you’ll find me enjoying the simple joys of life on our little farm—caring for goats, chickens, and our sweet dogs. Homesteading has become a passion, giving me a deep appreciation for nature, hard work, and a slower pace of life (with a little chaos thrown in!).
I also love camping, gathering around a fire with friends and family, and recharging with the people who matter most—preferably with some Chick-fil-A nuggets in hand.

Hi, I'm Laurel, co-owner here at Oh Snap Photography LLC! First and foremost, I'm a homeschooling mom to 3 kids, keeper of a German Shepherd pup, wife to my best friend, and powered by iced coffee! We love simple family time – playing in the yard, grilling, or going for walks. This love for capturing cherished family moments fuels my passion for photography. I truly believe it lets us hold onto the memories that matter most, long after they've passed – you really can never regret having too many pictures! Professionally, I bring that passion into my role focusing on much of the magic behind the scenes. I use my skills in photo editing, set design, social media, and client relations to help craft a seamless and unique experience for every client. Teaming up with Brandi was the perfect way to combine our strengths and build this fantastic team! While you'll often find me deep in the editing zone, I also love getting hands-on for seasonal minis, collaborating with Brandi on newborn sessions, and am thrilled to be capturing the joy of weddings this year!

Hey there, I'm Bri! I’m a coffee-fueled farmers wife who’s usually juggling a camera, a planner, dairy cows, and a toddler (or five). I work at a childcare facility by day and sneak in wedding photography and coordinating on the weekends—because why not add a little chaos to the mix? I love books, caffeine, and capturing beautiful moments—whether it’s at a wedding or during snack time. If you ever need someone who can wrangle kids and a wedding party, I’m your girl.

Hey, I'm Kayla! Wife, mom of two, and photographer behind the lens. Doing what I love most. Catching timeless, real moments, full of love, laughter, and a little bit of magic. When I'm not doing that, I'm probably chasing the kid as are spending time with family. If though you ever can't find me, I'm most likely doing what my husband dreads most.. Sneaking in a shopping trip!

I’m lucky enough to be married to the amazing woman behind this photography business, Brandi. I enjoy helping out wherever I’m needed—whether that’s assisting on shoots, managing gear, or just being the behind-the-scenes guy who keeps things moving smoothly.
Outside of work, I love spending time with our family, working on our farm, and staying active. You’ll usually find me mountain biking, camping, boating, hunting, fishing, or playing a round of golf when I get the chance. Life on the farm keeps me busy too—there’s always something to fix, build, or feed.
I’m proud to be part of this business and love that it gives us a chance to work together, meet great people, and do what we love as a family.
